摘要
人才引进一直是高等院校发展战略中需要研究的重要课题之一。由于信息的非对称性,人才引进的实际工作中常有不良的结果。本文简要介绍了信息非对称性理论,分析了高校人才引进过程的信息非对称性现象及其后果,在此基础上,提出了应对机制。
Talents admission is an important subject for development of higher education, but asymmetric information has adverse consequence to talents employment of colleges and universities. The paper briefly introduces asymmetric information theory, analyses the phenomena and consequence of asymmetric information on talents employment of colleges and universities, and puts forward some coping mechanism to solve the problem.
