摘要
探讨了连续流动分析法测定废水中总氮的方法。通过将测量量程扩大至20mg/L,对混浊的废水进行过滤处理,实验结果表明:该方法的相关系数达0.9999,方法检出限为0.02mg/L,加标回收率在99.5%~108%之间,RSD为0.2%~0.6%,可适用于废水中总氮的分析。
This article basically discusses how to determine the total nitrogen in waste water by using Continuous Flow Analysis (CFA). The muddy water is filtered by enlarging the measuring range to 20 mg/L,and the test results show that the correlation coefficient of this method reaches 0. 9999 and MDL is 0.02mg/1, meanwhile,the standardized recovery rate is between 99.5% and 108% ,and RSD is between 0.2% and 0. 6 %. Thus it is proved that the method can be used to determine the total nitrogen in waste water.
