SIRT1与衰老分子机理研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 指出了SIRT1(沉默信息调节因2相关酶1)是烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD)+依赖的组蛋白去乙酰化酶,可使多种蛋白的赖氨酸残基脱去乙酰基。SIRT1可作用于p53、FOXO、NF-κB、PPAR-γ等一系列底物,参与不同的信号途径,调控细胞的应激反应、凋亡和衰老。深入研究SIRT1对衰老的调控机理,有助于揭示衰老的复杂分子机制,并为以SIRT1为靶点延长人类寿命的新思路提供理论基础。对从SIRT1与衰老的分子机理最新研究进展进行了综述。
