摘要
结合国内某电厂脱硫系统中气-气换热器的运行现状和气-气换热器的本体特征,分析了GGH堵塞的原因,包括烟气挟带浆液、烟尘含量过高、设计不合理、吹扫或冲洗不正常等。通过研究GGH堵塞原因,结合GGH运行实际情况提出了GGH调整方案和运行控制优化方案,为提高GGH可靠性和稳定性,确保脱硫系统长期稳定运行提供指导信息。
According to the running status and features of gas--gas heat exchanger(GGH) applied in a power plant,this article analyzes the blockage reasons of GGH,including flue gas mixing the slurry,high dust content, design unreasonable, purge or flush abnormal and so on. Based on the reason analysis and combining with the actual situation of power plant,the article puts forward a optimization scheme of adjustment and operational control to improve the reliability and stability of GGH and ensure to provide guidance information for long--term stable operation of WFGD.
