摘要 指出了测定土壤有机质的经典方法为重铬酸钾容量法,也是我国现阶段的标准方法。该方法在测定操作时,数据结果准确,但费时费力,操作要求高,容易产生误差。采用高频红外法测定土壤中有机碳的含量,间接测定有机质的含量,操作简单快捷,适用于大批量样品的检测工作。 Potassium Dichromate Volumetric Method is a classic method of detecting the soil organic content, and is also the standard method in China. During the operation, it has the accurate data results but wastes time and energy,and has the error easily with the high operating requirement. This artcile uses high--fre- quency Infrared Method to detect the soil organic carbon content and indirect detect the soil organic content. It is proved that this method is fast and simple to operate, and is applicable to the detection of large numbers of samples.
