摘要 指出了葡萄酒文化在西方渊源已久,积淀深厚,而国内从事葡萄酒文化研究的专家学者却是寥寥数人。随着各种品牌酒、酒庄酒登陆中国消费者的餐桌,酒瓶中蕴含的文化也展现在消费者面前,但却是少人欣赏的局面,这不能不说是一种遗憾。以葡萄酒文化在国内的推广现状为切入点,系统分析了其中所存在的问题,并就解决相关问题提出了建议,试图为葡萄酒文化在国内的推广提供一些有益的见解分析,从而引起人们对葡萄酒文化的关注。 The rich wine culture in the west goes very far back in time,but domestic experts and scholars who have engaged in research this are only a few. With more and more kinds of wine served on the Chinese consumers' tables,the culture beyond the bottles emerged for Chinese consumers as well. However, it's a pity that few ones can enjoy the appreciation of wine culture till now. Based on the present situation of the domestic promotion of the wine culture, the essay systematically analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions to solve the related problems. The essay is intended to provide some useful insight and analysis for the wine culture promotion in China.
