鼻内镜下同期手术治疗复杂性鼻-鼻窦疾病临床疗效观察

目的探讨复杂性鼻-鼻窦疾病不同术式的疗效及并发症。方法对115例复杂性鼻-鼻窦疾病患者行鼻内镜手术,其中60例单纯行功能性鼻内镜手术(对照组),另55例在全身麻醉下鼻内窥镜下同期行鼻中隔偏曲矫正、鼻腔肿物切除、鼻窦开放、中鼻甲部分切除、下鼻甲粘膜下部分切除术(观察组)。术后随访6～12个月。结果观察组中42例治愈,治愈率为76.36%,明显高于对照组46.67%(P<0.05);手术时间明显缩短,总出血量减少;无严重并发症发生。结论在设备条件具备、手术技术娴熟的条件下可开展此项手术。此术式是治疗复杂性鼻-鼻窦疾病的有效方法和手段。

Objective To compare the responses and complications of different surgery for complexity of the nose-paranasal sinus disease. Methods 115 cases of nasal - sinus disease underwent endoscopic sinus surgery, 60 patients were applied the simple endoscopic surgery （control group）, other 55 cases line in the same period under general anesthesia under endoscopic surgical correction of deviated nasal septum, nasal tumor resection, open sinus, middle turbinate resection, partial resection of inferior turbinate mucosa （Observation group）. Patients were followed up for 6-12 months. Results Observation group, 42 patients were cured. Cure rate of 76.36% was significantly higher than 46.67% （P〈0.05）. Operative time was significantly shorter, Total amount of bleeding is reduced. No serious complications occurred. Conclusion With the equipment conditions, under the conditions of surgery skilled can carry out this surgery. This surgery is effective ways and means of treatment for complex nose - paranasal sinus disease.
