国产医用胶水在急诊外科伤口处理中的应用

目的观察国产医用胶水在急诊外科伤口处理中的疗效。方法对2008-2010年急诊外科收治的90例皮肤伤口应用医用胶水进行粘合,与另外90例使用常规清创缝合的患者进行比较。结果胶水粘合组愈合情况比清创缝合组好,但差异无统计学意义。结论使用医用胶水对某些急诊伤口进行粘合处理是安全的,且疗效较好,简单方便,瘢痕小,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of the use of surgical glue to treat those wounds of surgical emergency. Methods Repaired cutaneous wounds of 90 cases with surgical glue, and compared the efficacy with other 90 cases whose wounds treated with conventional suture. Results The healing of those wounds with surgical glue was better than those treated with conventional suture, but there is no significant difference. Conclusion The use of surgical glue was shown to be safe,easy and with satisfactory cosmetic results in those patients with small wounds in the department of surgical emergency.
