分析带蒂皮瓣对手部皮肤软组织缺损合并肌腱骨外露的修复

目的总结分析各种带蒂皮瓣对手部皮肤软组织缺损合并肌腱骨外露修复的影响情况。方法对接受治疗的287例手部皮肤软组织缺损合并肌腱骨外露患者的临床治疗资料进行全面性回顾分析,根据每位患者具体的原因、部位以及程度选择不同带蒂皮瓣方法进行修复。结果通过对这些手部皮肤软组织患者进行了不同时间的随访工作,皮瓣外形良好,最终患者均得到了不同程度上的恢复。结论临床实践证明,带蒂皮瓣对手部皮肤软组织缺损合并肌腱骨外露的修复效果极为明显,最大限度地保证患者的手部外观恢复效果、功能,并减少了损伤情况以及生活护理需要。

Objective To analyze the various pedicled flaps of skin and soft tissue defect with opposition tendon exposed bone repair influence situation. Methods The hospital treated 287 cases of hand skin soft tissue defect with tendon bone exposure in patients with clinical data to conduct a comprehensive retrospective analysis, according to each patient specific cause, location and extent of different pedicle flap for repair. Results The hand skin soft tissue with different time of follow-up work, flap in good shape, eventually were obtained for different degree of recovery. Conclusion The clinical practice proof pedicle flap of skin and soft tissue defect with opposition tendon exposed bone repair effect is extremely obvious,,the maximum guarantee patient hand appearance of recovery, function, and reduces the damage and life nursing needs.
