家庭访视对老年慢性病患者社区护理服务模式的探讨

目的探讨社区家庭访视对老年慢性病患者的护理效果,分析总结家庭护理中的注意事项。方法选择2010年2月-2012年3月86例老年慢性病患者为研究对象,使用计算机随机的方法分为两组。对照组采用常规社区护理,试验组患者在对照组护理基础上给予家庭访视,观察比较两组护理效果。结果试验组患者护理后,其焦虑程度和抑郁程度降低,患者睡眠质量为(6.25±1.02)分,三项指标均低于对照组患者(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。试验组患者对社区护理满意度更高,与对照组比较(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论在社区老年慢性病患者护理工作中采用家庭访视护理效果较好,有助于缓解其不良情绪,提高患者睡眠质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the research community home visits to elderly patients with chronic care, analytical summary of home care considerations. Methods February 2010 to March 2012, 86 cases of elderly patients with chronic diseases in our community as the research object, the method of using the computer randomly divided into two groups. Conventional community care control group, the experimental group of patients in the control group care on the basis of given family visits, observed were compared nursing effect. Results The experimental group patient care, reduce their level of anxiety and depression levels, quality of sleep in patients was （6.25 ~ 1.02）, three indicators were lower than the control group patients （P 〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Experimental group were higher on the satisfaction of community care, compared with the control group （P 〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of home visit care in the community care of elderly patients with chronic better, help to reduce the negative emotions, improve the quality of sleep in patients, it is worth the application.
