手术室护理干预对肿瘤手术患者应激反应的影响

目的探讨与分析手术室护理干预对肿瘤手术患者应激反应观察研究。方法随机选取2010年1月-2011年5月广州市天河区中医医院收治的98例需要接受手术的肿瘤患者划分成两个组。对照组仅接受传统的护理治疗,研究组除了接受传统护理之外,再对其进行一定的护理干预。结果研究组的血压正常情况及心率正常情况均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组发生焦虑情况则明显低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组发生不良反应情况虽少于对照组(P>0.05),研究组满意度则明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对手术室肿瘤患者予以综合的护理干预,能降低生理及心理的应激反应,从而确保手术的顺利进行。

Objective The discussion and analysis of operating room nursing intervention in patients with tumors stress response observational study.Methods From January 2010 to May 2011, 98 patients were treated cancer patients need to undergo surgery were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received conventional care treatment only research group in addition to receiving traditional care, also its care intervention. Results The study group with normal blood pressure and heart rate normal circumstances are significantly higher, by comparing the mean （/＇〈0.05） difference was statistically significant. Research group anxiety was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant comparison （P〈0.05）. Although the research group and adverse reactions than the control group, but after comparison （P〉0.05） difference was not statistically significant.Satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） by comparison. Comprehensive nursing intervention Conclusion The operating room cancer patients to be able to low physiological and psychological stress response,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the surgery.
