兵团团场医院精神科、心理咨询门诊就诊的临床分析

目的了解团场医院暨综合医院精神科,心理咨询患者的特点。方法用《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准—3》CCMD—3。就新疆奎屯农七师131团医院2007年-2009年三年期间精神科及心理咨询门诊1000例患者的年龄,文化程度,疾病状况进行分析。结果神经症发病率是最高。女性发病率高于男性。老人60岁以上者比例逐渐增多。尤其是以内科住院后请我科会诊的病人占有一定的比例。结论在基层医院开展精神科。心理咨询是十分必要的。各基层应该设立精神卫生服务。

Objective Understand the traits of patients with psychological counseling in regimental hospital-polyclinic psychopathic section. Methods Analyze 1000 cases of patients ＇age, educational level and disease status in our hospital during recent 3 years （from 2007-2009） by using CCMD-3. Results The highest incidence of disease is neurosis. The incidence of disease of female is higher than male. The proportion of elderly people over 60 years is gradually increasing. Particularly, there are some patients who were in hospital in medical section will invite us have a consultation. Conclusion It is very necessary to set up psychopathic section and psychological counseling at grass roots. Every grass root should set up mental health services.
