鼻内镜下改良切口设计及区域性切除治疗鼻中隔偏曲

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF NASAL ENDOSCOPIC INCISION IMPROVED DESIGN AND REGIONAL RESECTION IN TREATMENT OF DEFLECTION OF NASAL SEPTUM

目的探讨改良切口设计及区域性切除在鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术中的临床疗效。方法选取鼻中隔偏曲为局限于有一骨棘或骨嵴的患者,选择改良切口及区域性切除。结果所有患者症状消失或明显改善,手术均一次成功,无鼻中隔穿孔、血肿等并发症的发生。结论应用改良切口设计及区域性切除行鼻中隔矫正术,具有手术时间短、损伤小、愈合快、术后反应轻、术后并发症少等特点,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of improved incision design and regional resection in nasal endoscopic nasal septum orthotics. Methods The patients, who with deflection of nasal septum limited to a bone spine or bone ridge, were selected to performed an improved incision and regional resection. Results Symptoms disappeared or improved obviously in all patients, the operation procedure was successful, no complications such as septal perforation, hematoma and so on. Conclusion The nasal septum orthotics of modified incision design and regional resection is worth clinical promotion with shorter operation time, loss of small, fast healing and postoperative reaction and complications o{ less light etc.
