微创翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨微创翼状胬肉切除+自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法对260例翼状胬肉患者在局麻下行显微镜下微创胬肉切除,将同侧眼颞上方带有角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植到胬肉处的巩膜上。结果术后反应轻,移植片均存活,降低了复发率。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉可行性好。 Objective To probe into the therapeutic effect of limbal epithelial stem cell autotransplantation for treatment of pterygium by minimally invasive surgery. Methods Pterygium excision was performed on 260 cases with local anaesthesia by minimally invasive surgery. Meanwhile, the conjunctiva with limbal epithelial stem cell on temperal upside was autotransplanted. Results This therapeutic regimen not only showed a mild postoperative reaction and lower recurrence rate, but the transplanted conjunctiva was alive. Conclusion Limhal epithelial stem cell autotransplantation for treatment of pterygium is effective.
