摘要 富血小板血浆(platelet rich plasma,PRP),也称富生长因子血浆(platelet-rich in growth factors)或血小板凝胶(platelet-rich fibrin)。PRP是自体血液浓缩后得到的含有较高浓度自体来源血小板的浓聚物。富血小板血浆中含有大量在组织愈合中起重要作用的各类生长因子。PRP多由自体的血液在体外离心、分离的方法获得,并根据制备方法的不同,其成分有很大的差异。 Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) contains a lot of growth factors which play an important role in tissue repair and regeneration. The use of PRP has the advantages of faster recovery and improved functional outcomes in tendon and ligament injuries. However, the preparation method and the clinic application are different in various researches. This paper reviews the progress of PRP preparation methods and its clinical applications.
