摘要
钢板桩应用于长江堤防在我国属首次 ,大部分的设备和钢板桩等材料均由日本无偿提供。工程分主体工程和临时工程 ,全部由中方人员管理和操作。长江岩土工程总公司承担主体工程施工任务 ,主要包括钢板桩插打、锁口梁混凝土浇筑、复合土工膜铺设、粘土回填、草皮培植等。施工项目多、工序衔接要求高。需充分重视施工管理、安全、技术培训等工作。从援助设备、人员配备、劳动定额、施工质量、管理效果等方面 ,对管理模式进行了分析。
It is the first time in China that steel sheet piles are used in the Yangtze River's dikes.The steel sheet piles and most of their construction equipment are gratis provided by Japan.The dike strengthening works is divided into main works and temporary works,and all the works are administrated and constructed by Chinese personnel.Changjiang Geotechnical Engineering Corporation undertakes to construct the main works,mainly including driving of steel sheet piles,placement of locking concrete at the top of piles,pavement of composite geomembrane,backfilling of clayey soil,sod culture,etc.Because of many projects being construted and high requirement for working procedure,great importance should be attached to the work of construction management,safety and technical training,etc..Management models are analysized in aided equipment,allocation of personnel,work quota,construction quality,management effect,etc..
