摘要
钢板桩防渗墙施工是长江重要堤防隐蔽工程施工中的一种新工法。钢板桩施工组织设计编制合理 ,技术控制到位是保证钢板桩防渗墙顺利施工的必要前提。通过钢板桩在长江堤防加固工程中的首次应用实践 ,介绍了钢板桩施工组织中的施工场地布置、施工流程、施工设计等问题 ,提出了钢板桩施工机械设备选择的控制参数及其计算公式 ;并对施工中有关倾斜度控制、合拢口控制和舁形钢板桩弯曲度和翘曲度等关键技术控制进行了探讨。
Steel sheet pile seepage prevention wall is a new measure for the construction of concealed works of important dikes along the Yangtze River.The reasonable construction design and conscientious technical control is the essential prerequisite for the smooth construction of steel sheet pile seepage prevention wall.Through the first application practice of steel sheet pile in the Yangtze dike strengthening project,some aspects in the construction arrangement are introduced,such as the layout of construction site,construction procedure and construction design etc.,key parameters and computational formula for the selection of steel sheet pile construction machinery are suggested,and the investigation is made on the key technical control issues,such as the control of inclination degree,the control of closure gap and the control of bending and deflection of special-shaped steel sheet pile etc..
