喷浆麸皮在蛋鸡上的营养价值评定 被引量:5

摘要 在测定喷浆麸皮常规养分及氨基酸含量的基础上,选用16只体重约1.7 kg的海蓝灰蛋公鸡,进行代谢试验,评定其对蛋鸡的营养价值。结果表明(干物质基础):喷浆麸皮常规营养成分含量分别为粗蛋白质29.04%、粗脂肪2.42%、粗灰分9.18%、粗纤维4.62%、Ca 0.58%、P 1.42%;氨基酸含量分别为天冬氨酸(Asp)1.66%、丝氨酸(Ser)1.11%、谷氨酸(Glu)3.07%、苏氨酸(Thr)0.87%、甘氨酸(Gly)1.19%、精氨酸(Arg)1.82%、丙氨酸(Ala)1.43%、酪氨酸(Tyr)0.57%、脯氨酸(Pro)2.02%、缬氨酸(Val)1.40%、苯丙酸(Phe)1.14%、异亮氨酸(Ile)0.78%、亮氨酸(Leu)1.62%、组氨酸(His)0.59%、赖氨酸(Lys)0.84%、蛋氨酸(Met)0.50%、胱氨酸(Cys)1.27%;总能为16.65 MJ/kg;粗蛋白质利用率为57.16%,可利用粗蛋白质含量为12.82%。由此可见,喷浆麸皮作为一种高能蛋白质饲料,在粗蛋白质利用上对蛋鸡的生物学效价较高,可替代部分豆粕用于家禽饲粮。 The conventional nutrients and amino acids of the corn fiber were determined,at the same time, 16 roosters with 1.7 kg average weight were selected and traditional digestive rate calculating method was used to determine the metabolism rate of conventional nutritive of corn fiber.The result showed that:the content of crude protein was 29.04%, ether extract 2.42%,ash 9.18%,crude fat 4.62%,Ca 0.58% and P 1.42% ;the contents of amino acids were Asp 1.66%, Ser 1.11% ,Glu 3.07% ,Thr 0.87% ,Gly 1.19% ,Arg 1.82% ,Ala 1.43% ,Tyr 0.57% ,Pro 2.02% ,Val 1.40% ,Phe 1.14% ,Ile 0.78%,Leu 1.62%,His 0.59%,Lys 0.84%,Met 0.50%,Cys 1.27% ;the total energy was 16.65 MJ/kg.The metabolism rate of crude protein was 57.16%,and available protein was 12.82%.The result indicated that,as an excellent protein feedstuff, corn fiber could be used in place of soybean meal for poultry feed.
