摘要
水系连通是增强洪水调度能力和促进河道水生态环境改善的重要途径。南京市秦淮河流经南京主城,提高河道行洪能力,对保障南京城市防洪安全具有重要意义。针对秦淮河河道行洪能力不足等问题,在论证秦淮东河工程建设必要性和建设规模基础上,分析了工程线路布局和河道断面形式,结合项目特点和地区实际对工程建设需把握的重点进行了探讨,提出对策建议,并从防洪、水资源利用和水环境改善等方面进行了效益分析。分析结果可供秦淮东河项目的建设及其他地区城市防洪和水生态环境改善建设借鉴。
Connection of river systems is an important way to enhance dispatching capacity of floods and to improve ecological environment of rivers.Qinhuai River flows through the main city zone of Nanjing,and the increase of its flood release capacity is of great significance to flood control security of Nanjing.With regard to the problem of insufficient flood release capacity of Qinhuai River,the project layout and forms of river cross section are analyzed based on the demonstration of construction necessity and scale of East Qinhuai River.Combined with the project characteristics and actual situation,some important items for the project construction are discussed.Some measures and suggestions are proposed.The benefit analysis is performed from perspectives of flood control,water resources utilization and water environment improvement.The results may provide support for the construction of East Qinhuai River and reference for the flood control and water ecological environment improvement in other cities.
