摘要
根据太阳电池电流方程和太阳电池电路的输出功率,给出了太阳电池内阻损耗功率的分析公式,分别得到实际太阳电池中串联内阻和并联内阻引起的功率消耗。分析极限点处功率关系,指出内阻损耗功率的极值条件,提出一种测量太阳电池内阻的新方法,并绘制了输出功率和内阻损耗功率随太阳电池工作点变化的曲线。
On the basis of the current equation and the output power of solar cell, the expression of power lose caused by internal resistance (Rs, Rsh ) was described, then obtained the power lose caused by Rs and Rsh separately. Analyze the relationship about the power at limited point, point out the requirement of lose power' s extreme value, offer a new method to measure Rs and Rsh, draw the variety of output power and power lose with different operating points.
