摘要
通过紫外、可见、近红外分光光度计对涂膜隔热玻璃进行光热性能检测,探讨玻璃隔热涂料隔热性能的影响因素,如玻璃隔热涂料中纳米ATO浆料的含量、涂膜厚度、纳米ATO隔热浆料的固含量及平均粒径等,特别是纳米ATO粒径由73.9nm降至36.9nm时,近红外阻隔率提升了约10%。通过分析玻璃隔热涂料隔热性能影响因素的变化规律,优化了玻璃隔热涂料的制备工艺。
Optical and thermal performance of thermal insulation coating glass was analyzed with UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer. The factors on thermal insulation performance of glass paint were discussed, such as different solid contents of ATO slurry, wet coating thickness, and mean particle size of ATO slurry. When the nano ATO mean particle size dropped from 73.9nm to 36.9nm, the ability of blocking NIR was improved by 10%. By analyzing the basic law of thermal insulation factors, the preparation procedure of thermal insulated glass paint was optimized.
