不加抗凝剂自体血回输在异位妊娠破裂大出血中的应用 被引量：5

摘要 异位妊娠破裂大出血起病急，出血多，立即手术是挽救患者生命的唯一方法，此时进行腹腔镜手术对出血部位进行钳夹止血，虽然患者的活动性出血止住，但术前大量的失血导致血容量严重不足，加上全身麻醉药物的血管扩张作用，患者的循环功能处于极大的抑制状态，血液的携氧能力受到较大的影响。
