计算机断层扫描诊断静脉硬化性结肠炎一例 被引量：5

摘要 患者女，50岁，因腹痛2个月、腹泻20d入院。2个月前患者受凉后出现剑突下疼痛．呈持续性胀痛，与进食无关。无放射痛，自服“胃药”症状无缓解。20d前患者出现腹泻，4～6次／d，呈稀水样便．无黏液脓血、里急后重。
