摘要
建立高效液相色谱测定益智仁中牛磺酸含量的方法。经考察色谱流动相:甲醇-0.05mol/L的醋酸钠溶液(65:35,V/V),流速为1.0mL/min,DAD检测波长为UV-330nm。测定结果表明:样品中含有牛磺酸,线性范围为4~58mg/L,加标实验回收率为102.6%~105.3%,相对标准偏差为2.15%。益智仁中的牛磺酸的平均含量约为363.0mg/kg。
A method to determine taurine in Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was described.The mobile phase for chromatographic separation was made up of methanol and 0.05 mol/L sodium acetate(65:35,V/V) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.Detection wavelength was 330 nm.The results showed that dried fruits of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.were detected to contain taurine by the HPLC method.This method demonstrated a linear range of 4 to 58 mg/L.Average recovery rates for taurine in spiked samples were between 102.6% and 105.3%,with RSD of 2.15%.The average taurine content in dried fruits of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.was 363.0 mg/kg.
