摘要 高等植物叶绿体类囊体膜上的NAD(P)H脱氢酶(NDH)复合体是一个由多亚基组成的大复合体。它参与了围绕光系统I(PSI)的循环电子途径(CEF)和叶绿体的呼吸,为CO2同化提供额外ΔpH和ATP,并在胁迫条件下缓解基质过还原和氧化胁迫。近年来高等植物的叶绿体NDH复合体的研究有了很大进展,主要是发现了很多NDH新亚基、调控叶绿体编码的ndh基因的剪切和编辑的蛋白以及影响NDH组装和稳定的蛋白,同时,对NDH在胁迫条件下的生理功能也有了进一步的认识。本综述主要总结了NDH复合体的功能,亚基组成及调控等方面的研究进展。 The higher plant chloroplast NAD(P)H dehydrogenase (NDH) complex is a big multiple-subunit en- zyme complex in thylakoid mambranes. NDH participates in the photosystem I (PSI) cyclic electron flow (CEF) and chlororespiration, NDH-dependent CEF provides extra ApH and ATP for the CO2 assimilation, and allevi- ates the oxidative stress caused by stromal over-reduction under stress conditions. Recently the great progress of research on higher plant chloroplast NDH complex has been made. Many novel subunits, proteins involved in splicing and editing of chloroplast-encoded ndh genes and the proteins essential for assembly or stabilization of the NDH complex were found. In addition, we got a well understanding of the physiological function of the NDH under stress. In this review, we summarize the research progress of the function, the subunit composition and the regulation of the NDH complex.
