输电线路在线监测技术在青藏联网工程中的应用 被引量:31

Application of Online Monitoring Technology of Transmission Lines in Interconnection Project from Qinghai to Tibet

摘要 青藏联网工程沿线的气候、地质、城市分布等因素导致输电线路运行存在很大的安全隐患,鉴于此,提出在唐古拉山口、昆仑河道、布曲河道等线路事故易发区安装在线监测装置。所安装的在线监测装置采用高精度新型传感器获取现场数据,能实时监测线路气象信息(风速、风向、雨量、日照、气压)以及导线、绝缘子、杆塔等输电设备的运行状态信息。该系统采用太阳能加蓄电池与导线互感取能2种供电模式,以及"光纤通信为主、无线接入为辅"的传输网络,以确保数据传输稳定高效。运行数据分析结果表明:导线温度在不同安置点和不同时间段会有较大幅度变化,而底线温度未发现变化;输电杆塔未发现异常倾斜,运行状态良好;该装置能够长时间监测线路的运行情况,实现了高压输电线路运行工况的智能化监测。可见,安装在线监测系统可实现灾害预警并保障线路安全运行,并为线路的状态检修提供依据。 In consideration of climate,geology,city distribution and other factors along the Qinghai-Tibet line,there is a potential safety hazard for the transmission line.Thus,we proposed that online monitoring devices should be installed in accident-prone areas,including Tanggula mountain pass section,Kunlun channel and Buqu channel,the main disaster-prone areas along the transmission line.The online condition monitoring devices(CMDs) adopt new types of sensors with high precision to collect field data,and they can timely monitor weather information(wind speed,wind direction,rainfall,sunshine,and air pressure) and operation status information of transmission devices such as conductor,insulator,tower,and so on.The devices have two power supply modes,solar energy combined with accumulator,and using current transformers to attain energy from buses,and they operate in a communication mode of "optical fiber communication first,wireless access supplemented";both the power supply mode and the communication mode ensure the stable and efficient data transmission of the CMDs.Analyses of the operation data show that the temperature of transmission lines changes obviously at different sites and time periods while that of the grounding lines shows no difference,and that the transmission towers operate well without any abnormal inclination.Moreover,the CMDs can monitor transmission lines’ status for a long time,and realize the intelligent monitoring of line operation.It can be concluded that installation of online monitoring devices can realize hazard warning to guarantee safe operation of the lines and can provide information for condition-based maintenance of the lines.
