《美国药典》36版《-国家处方集》31版概览

Outline for 36 Edition of USP-31 Edition of NF

目的:了解《美国药典》36版《-国家处方集》31版(USP36-NF31)的基本情况。方法:介绍USP36-NF31的基本内容以及其与《美国药典》35版《-国家处方集》30版(USP35-NF30)的不同及与2010年版《中国药典》(ChP)内容的差异。结果与结论:与USP35-NF30比较,USP36-NF31对10项通则、10个NF品种和118个USP品种进行了一定的修改。与ChP比较,主要在修约规则、温度、重量等方面的规定及涉及范围有差异。美国药典委员会从2011年起每年都对药典进行更新和修订,值得学习和借鉴。

OBJECTIVE：To understand the basic information of 36 edition of USP-31 edition of NF（USP36-NF31）.METHODS：The basic content of USP36-NF31 and its difference from USP35-NF30 and 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopeia（ChP） were introduced.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：Compared with USP35-NF30,10 items in general chapters,10 monographs in NF and 118 monographs in USP have been revised in USP36-NF31.Compared with ChP,there are differences in revision regulation,temperature,weight and range,etc.United State Pharmacopoeia Commission annually update and revise USP-NF since 2011,it is worth learning from them.
