摘要
从制度安排与包容性增长的关系出发,认为基于合作的制度安排是包容性增长的实现机制。通过制度合作体系的建立,减少制度摩擦及成本,实现共赢。包容性增长的实现路径需要制度创新,即通过制度创新实现对人的全面发展的包容,通过制度创新实现经济社会的平衡发展和可持续发展的包容,通过制度创新实现对权利、利益和谐的包容。
The essay considers that the institutional arrangement based on cooperation is the way to realize the inclusive growth from the relationship between the institutional arrangement and inclusive growth.Through the construction of institutional cooperation system,the paper decreases the friction and cost in institution and realizes win-win situation.The way to realize the inclusive development needs innovation that can realize the inclusion for men's all-round development,the economic and social balance and sustainable development,the unisonous conclusion to right and benefit.
