摘要
三星电子是世界著名的创新型科技企业,拥有丰硕的高科技成果,产品畅销全球。三星电子在科技创新方面取得了很多成功的经验,特别是其人才、技术、管理和文化"四位一体"的科技创新模式值得广大企业学习与借鉴。从三星电子科技创新模式进行研究,分析其成功的做法与经验,以期为我国企业的转型升级、科技创新提供借鉴与参考。
