技术创新对河北省沿海区域经济增长贡献的实证研究

Study of Contribution of Technical Innovation on Economic Growth in Coastal Region of Hebei Province

应用索洛余值法对河北省沿海区域技术创新对经济增长的作用进行测算,结果表明2000年～2009年河北省沿海区域资本投入保持较高弹性,技术创新贡献率呈下降趋势。同时,由于经济结构不合理,使其严重制约河北沿海区域经济可持续增长。今后河北省沿海区域需要从技术创新入手,以促进经济发展为目的,转变经济增长方式、优化产业结构,构建新型的技术创新体系,推进沿海区域自主创新,带动河北整个沿海地区乃至全省经济社会全面发展。

The paper caculates the effect of scientific and technological innovation to economic growth in the coastal region of Hebei province by Solow model. The results show that the capital keeps a high elasticity in the coastal region of Hebei province from 2000 to 2009, the rate of technical innovation contribution is drop, and the economic structureun is reasona- ble, which seriously restricts the economy sustainable growth in the coastal region of Hebei province. Therefore, it needs technical innovation to promote technological progress for the purpose to constantly change the mode of economic growth, optimize industrial structure, construct a new system of technology innovation, and vigorously promote independent innova- tion in the coastal region in order to promote socials economic development of Hebei coastal region and Hebei province.
