用量水堰施放不稳定流 ,需要调节量水堰的水头高度 ,以往的调节控制都是采用常规的闭环控制方法 ,精度、稳定性和跟踪效果不够理想 .数字量水堰是开环控制方式 ,方法简便可靠 ,可以按给定的过程曲线精确可靠地施放流量 .

The generation of unsteady flow with a weir needs adjustment of water head on the weir.The usual method of adjustment is closed loop control.The precision,stability and effect of tracking is often not perfect.In a digital weir,open loop digital control is applied,and the method is simple and reliable.And it can give accurate flow according to the given process curve.In this paper,the principle of design and the method for application of the digital weir are described.
