摘要
人力资源是服务外包产业的核心资源,加强服务外包产业人力资源开发是全面推进浙江服务外包产业转型升级的迫切需要。为破解服务外包产业转型升级遭遇的人力资源瓶颈,浙江省应基于产业链和人才链的互动关系,合理确定服务外包人力资源开发目标,完善服务外包人力资源开发内容,拓展服务外包人力资源开发途径,健全服务外包人力资源开发保障机制,为服务外包产业转型升级提供人力资源支撑。
Human resources are the core resources in outsourcing service. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the develop- ment of human resources to improve the transformation and upgrading of outsourcing service in Zhejiang province.
