Enterprise Innovation Mode Study Based on Core Capability Lifecycle and Technology Roadmap

基于企业生命周期理论,提出核心技术能力生命周期模型,概括总结其在企业技术创新发展中的各阶段特征。通过产业技术路线图分析,确定产业创新链关键、核心技术,结合企业的实际,进行技术识别和评估。从技术类型和企业核心技术能力异质性两个维度,建立创新模式选择空间模型,分析各模式特点,以期为企业的技术创新工作开展提供借鉴。

Based on enterprise lifecycle theory, the enterprise＇ s core capability lifecycle model is presented and various lifecycle stage characteristics in technology innovation development are summarized. By analyzing industry technology roadmap, the crucial core technology of innovation chain is determined. Taking the practice of enterprise into considera- tion, technology recognition and evaluation are done. From two perspectives of technology type and core technology capa- bility heterogeneity, the selection space model of technology innovation mode is constructed and the research on mode characteristics analysis is conducted, with a view to explore the right mode of technology innovation implementation for enterprise.
