摘要
目的:探讨"高住低练"对大鼠心肌有氧运动能力的影响。方法:将8周龄SD雄性大鼠72只分为4组:常氧对照组(C)、常氧训练组(S)、高住对照组(H)和高住低练组(HS),训练组每周训练3次,逐周递增负荷,共运动4周;实验结束时分批宰杀取大鼠心肌测定SDH和CCO。结果:安静状态的C组和H组、S组、HS组大鼠骨骼肌中SDH有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),HS组和S组、H组和有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);运动后即刻C组和H组、S组、HS组大鼠骨骼肌中SDH有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),H组和HS组有显著性差异(P<0.05);运动后恢复期H组和HS组相对于C组和S组有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。安静状态下C组和H组、S组、HS组大鼠骨骼肌中CCO有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),HS组相对于S组合H组均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),运动后即刻状态下和运动后恢复期均无明显变化。结论:"高住低练"可提高大鼠心肌有氧运动能力。
Objective : To discuss the influence of living high and training low on myocardial aerobic exercise ability of rats. Method: The 8-week-old SD male rats were divided into 4 groups of 72, C, S, H and HS. Training group trained three times a week, incremental-by-week, a total of 4 weeks of campaign; determination of slaughter batches obtained myocardial activity of SDH and CCO. Result : quiet state of the C group, S group, H group, HS group SDH in skeletal muscle, there was a significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ), HS group and S group, H group was a significant difference (P 〈0.01) ; Immediately after exercise C group, S group, H group, HS group SDH in skeletal muscle there was a significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ), HS group and H group was difference ( P 〈 0.05) ; After Sports convalescence H group, HS group relative to C group, S group was a significant difference (P 〈0.01 ) ; quiet state of the C group, S group, H group, HS group CCO in skeletal muscle, there was a significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ). The two other are no obvious change.
