摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对张家港社会体育指导员队伍建设现状进行研究,结果发现:张家港社会体育指导员队伍整体建设存在一定问题,如整体素质偏低,培训工作开展不力,队伍等级、年龄及职业等方面配置并不合理等,同时还了解到组织管理机构不完善、政府支持力度不够等是影响张家港社会体育指导员队伍建设的主要因素。为此文章提出以政策法规体系、组织管理体系、培训体系、调控体系、激励体系及监督体系为内涵系统的管理机制,是完善社会体育指导员队伍建设的组织程序和根本保证。
Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire survey, and mathematical statistics, this paper makes study on Zhangjiagang social sports instructor's team construction. The result shows that Zhangjiagang social sports instructor's team construction still exist some problems, such as the overall quality is low, the training work is ineffective, the configuration of team level, age and occupation is not reasonable, at the same time the organization is not perfect, the government support is not enough, those are the main factors influencing Zhangjiagang social sports instructors. Based on it, this paper puts forward that the policy and law system, management system, training system, regulation system, incentive system and supervision system of the management mechanism connotation system are the basic guarantee to improve the organizational procedures and the fundamental guarantee of social sports instructor team.
