聋哑大学生体育锻炼与身体自尊的关系性研究

Research on Relationship between Physical Exercise and Physical Self-esteem of Deaf College Students

本文主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,以郑州师范学院和中州大学的聋哑大学生为研究对象,对聋哑大学生参与体育锻炼的活动量与身体自尊的现状和关系进行分析。结果显示:聋哑大学生的身体自尊存在性别差异,且锻炼组与非锻炼组之间存在差异,体育锻炼与身体自尊存在很大的关系性。

This paper mainly uses the literature review, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, taking deaf college students of Zhengzhou Normal University and the Zhongzhou University as the research object, analyzes the current situation and the relationship of deaf students participating in physical activities activity and physical self-esteem. The results show that there is a gender difference in the body self-esteem of deaf coUege students, and between the exercise group and non exercise group differences, physical exercise and physical self-esteem has great relationship.
