Research on Factors Influencing Junior Sports Talent Identification in Gansu Province——One-Child Policy

通过问卷调查、专家访谈、文献资料等方法,从独生子女本人、家长、学校和社会环境、教育体制等方面,从影响体育后备人才数量的微观、宏观因素角度,分析体育后备人才短缺因素,提出相应建议。

Through using the method of literature review, expert interview and literature review, this paper analyzes the shortage of sports talent reservation from the aspects of children, parents, school, social environment and education system and puts forward the corresponding proposals.
