通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛37例疗效观察

To observe the clinical effect in the treatment of Tongxinluo capsule on 37 cases with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的:观察通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法:将72例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分成2组,治疗组37例口服通心络胶囊(2粒/次,3次/d),对照组口服丹参片(3片/次,3次/d),疗程均为1个月。结果:在缓解心绞痛症状方面,治疗组总有效率为78.9%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,2组间差异无统计学意义。治疗前后心功能参数及对微循环的影响比较,2组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊在缓解心绞痛、改善心功能指数、改善微循环方面效果优于丹参片。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods ：72 cases of pations with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 37 cases with oral administration of Tong-Xin-Luo capsule （2 capsules/ time, 3 times per day） ; and the control group of 35 cases with oral tablet of danshen tablet （3 pieces/ time, 3 times/ day）. Both of the treatment course is 1 month. Results： In relieving the angina symptoms, the total effective rate in the treatment group is 78.9% ,and total effective rate is 75% in the control group, There are no significant differences between the two groups. There are significant differences in the ＂before and after＂ parameters of cardiac function and influence on microcirculation between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule in easing angina index, improving microcireulation and heart function has better function than danshen tablet.
