乳安汤联合健乳操治疗乳腺增生疗效观察

Observation of The Curative Effect on Hyperplasia of Breast Glands Treated with RuAn Soup Combining Health Breast Operation

目的:观察给予乳安汤合并健乳操治疗乳腺增生症的疗效及作用机制。方法:将138例乳腺增生患者随机分为治疗组和对照组1、对照组2,治疗3个月后观察疗效并检测治疗后患者血清性激素雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组1、对照组2(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组雌二醇(E2)水平明显低于对照组1、对照组2(P<0.05),孕酮(P)水平明显高于对照组1、对照组2(P<0.05)。结论:自拟乳安汤合并自拟健乳操治疗乳腺增生疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the curative effect and mechanism of action to give soup RuAn combining Health breast operation of treatment of hyperplasia of breast glands. Methods： 138 cases of breast hyperplasia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 1, control group 2, three months after treatment, observing the curative effect in patients and deteet their serum sex hormone estradiol （ E2 ） and progesterone （P） level. Results The curative effect of the treatment group was much better than the control group 1, control group 2, （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; After treatment,the treatment group estradiol （E2） levels were significantly lower than the control groupl ,control group 2 （P 〈 0. 05 ） , progesterone （P） levels were significantly higher than the control group 1, control group 2 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： RuAn soup combining Health breast operation treatment is a kind of effective treatment of breast hyperplasia.
