摘要 高效利用水资源已成为内陆干旱与半干旱地区农业生产、经济社会可持续发展亟待解决的问题。农业生产效率不高、灌溉用水技术效率低下造成的水资源浪费严重已成为不可忽视的事实。为此,基于示范区节水技术集成模式应用后,利用随机前沿生产函数的研究成果,计算灌溉用水生产效率和灌溉用水技术效率,构成农业用水效率评价指标体系的核心考察指标,进而构建包括农业用水水平、节水技术普及程度、效果评估3方面的农业用水效率评价指标体系,为衡量农业节水水平和节水潜能提供参考。 Enhancing the water resource using efficiency has become a problem, which is urgently needed to be solved in agricultural production, economic and social sustainable development in inland arid and semi-arid region. However, serious waste of water re- sources caused by the lower agricultural production efficiency and the lower technology efficiency of irrigation water has become the fact that can not be ignored. Therefore, based on the application of water saving technology integrated model in demonstration area, the research results of stochastic frontier production function are used to calculate production efficiency and the technical efficiency of irrigation to constitute the core survey index of evaluation index system of the agricultural water use efficiency. And then the evaluation index system of agricultural water use efficiency, including the three aspects of the level of agricultural water use, the degree of water saving technology popularization and the evaluation of effect, is built in order to provide references for measuring water-saving potential and water-saving level.
