本文强调国际关系研究中的语言和非语言符号要素,并基于一定的政治话语语料,构建了一个可操作性的媒体政治话语分析框架。其意义在于通过对语言符号、非语言符号、权力与意识形态的多维分析,透视话语的建构和社会实践功能,从而揭示话语选择背后的权力和意识形态动因,为认识和解构西方媒体政治话语体系、提升中国国家话语能力和国家形象提供某些启示。

This paper emphasizes linguistic and non-linguistic modes in the study of international relations. Based on data of political discourse, it builds an analytical framework for the media political discourse analysis. The of This framework has its significance in that through the multidimentional analysis on the interaction between linguistic and non-linguistic modes, power and ideology, it helps reveal the construction and social practice of discourse, and the power and ideological motivation behind the choice of discourse. Therefore, it sheds some light on the recognition and deconstruction of western political discourse system and enhances China discourse ability and international image.
