Study on the Rural River Control

农村河道治理对新农村建设和农村经济快速发展起着关键作用。通过分析农村河道的特点及现状,指出农村河道治理应从水环境治理和河道生态治理两方面着手,并提出具体的综合治理措施,以实现农村"人水和谐、河流畅通"的新风貌。

Rural river control plays a key role in the new rural construction and in the rural economic development. This article makes analysis on the characteristics and the status quo of rural rivers, points out that rural river control should be conducted from the perspectives of water environment treatment and river ecological governance, and puts forward concrete and comprehensive control measures so as to achieve a harmonious rural society with clean and smooth rivers.
