对彰武县农机化教育培训工作情况进行调研。介绍彰武县农机教育培训的基本情况与工作成效,分析购机农民对技术培训的需求,指出彰武农机教育培训工作中存在的问题,并提出解决措施与今后的发展建议,以促进彰武县农机化培训工作的改革与进一步开展,进而助推全县农机化事业健康、协调、快速发展。

A research was conducted on the work of agricultural mechanization education and training in Zhangwu. This article provides a introduction of the basic situation and achievement in Zhangwu County agricultural education and training , makes analysis on farmers demand for technical training after purchasing agricultural machines, as well as the existent problems in this respect and puts forward some measures and proposals for the future development in a bid to promote the reform of Zhangwu agricultural mechanization training and further development, thus boosting the healthy, coordinated, and rapid development in this field in Zhangwu county.
