本文在解读党的十八大报告关于法治的论述以及它所展示的法治社会主义图景的基础上,专门讨论了法治与政治体制改革、法治与市场经济建设以及法治与社会管理创新的关系,并深入探讨了全面推进依法治国的路径。中国特色社会主义不仅是富强社会主义、民主社会主义、文明社会主义、和谐社会主义,更是法治社会主义。全面推进依法治国,要坚持走法治社会主义道路,特别要坚持依法执政、科学立法、严格执法、公正司法和全民守法。

This thesis interprets the part of the rule of law in Hu Jintao's report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and its prospection about the socialism based on the rule of law,specifically discusses the interaction of the rule of law with the reform of the political structure,market econom-??ic construction and social management innovation,and further approaches the method to promote law-based governance of the country in an all-around way.The socialism with Chinese characteristics is not only the prosperous socialism,but also the democratic,civilized and harmonious socialism,especially the socialism based on the rule of law.To promote law-based governance of the country in an all-around way should adhere to the socialist path based on the rule of law,in particular insist on governing in accordance with the law,making laws in a scientific way,enforcing them strictly,administering justice impartially,and ensuring that everyone abides by the law.
