摘要
作者将甲型和乙型流感单克隆抗体(McAb)用于桥联酶标技术快速诊断流感抗原125例,以IFA技术作对照,获得满意效果。其阳性符合率是87.5%;阴性符合率是96.1%。由于碱性磷酸酶主要存在于肠道,而呼吸道细胞几乎不含此酶,因此没有内源酶的干扰,结果在一般光学镜下格外清晰易辨。此技术诊断流感快速,2h内可得到准确结果。染色封片后半年内细胞着色不变。有利于实验室之间的质量控制和作回顾性研究。
Influenza virus is the important virus of acute respiratory infection. By means of APAAP bridge enzyme sign, monolconal antibodies against influenza A and B were used to rapidly detect antibodies for 125 patients with satasfactory results, compared with those of IFA method. The positive rate was conformed with 87.5% and the negative, 96.1%. Since alkaline phosphatase exists mainly in intestine, there is little enzyme in respiratory cells. The interference of endogenous enzyme can be avoided and results can be seen clearly even under an optical microscope. This technique diagnoses influenza rapidly We can attain the accurate report within two hours. The dyed mountings can also be used in quality control in laboratories and the recalling reseach.
