摘要
在我国高等教育由精英教育向大众教育转变的过程中,独立学院作为一种本科层次的二级学院已经成为高等教育的重要组成部分,在人才培养中扮演着十分重要的角色。但在发展过程中,其师资队伍建设存在过度依赖母体师资、投入教研科研精力不足和教师缺乏归属感等问题。要加强独立学院师资队伍建设,实行专职教师和聘任教师相结合的用人制度,建立起对教师的激励、考核机制和教学督导机制,为独立学院的持续健康发展提供师资保障。
In the process of transition from elite higher education to mass higher educati college, which is held in the new mechanism by state -owned university, has definitely on in China, independent been an important part of higher education, playing a great part in talent cultivation. Nevertheless, with the development of independent college, there are some problems in faculty construction, such as depending much on maternal university, attaching less importance in teaching and scientific research and lack of sense of belonging, etc. The authors put forward that independent college should employ both full- time and part- time teachers, what~ more, attach great importance to the building of stimulation, evaluation and teaching supervision mechanism to promote the development of faculty construction.
