A Study on Perfecting the Quality Assurance Mechanism of High Education

摘要 随着高等教育从精英化向大众化教育转变,高等教育经历了一个急剧扩张的时期,高等教育质量问题越来越成为当今教育关注的热点和方向。从利益相关者理论视角分析高等教育质量是质量范畴研究的本质要求。高等教育的利益相关者体系中包括政府、社会、高校和学生等等,其中学生是最重要的利益相关者之一,学生发展质量是高等教育质量的核心。高等教育质量保证机制中必须以学生为中心,把学生的需求作为高校教育质量的根本要求,从顶层规划、制度保障、过程管理、方法创新等多方面保障学生利益主体地位。 As the high education has gradually transferred from elite education to mass education, high education is expanding sharply. Analysis on high education from Stakeholder Theory perspective is the demands of the research on the innate character of quality issue. According to the empirical study, the deterministic stakeholders are including governments, society, university, and students, etc. In the system, students are the most important stakeholders and the quality of students' development is the core of the quality of high education. Therefore , we should attach importance to stakeholder' s requirement, especially the students' need, in perfecting the quality assurance mechanism of high education. We should assure students' discourse power from top development planning, mechanism assurance, process management and method innovation.
