摘要 超临界直流锅炉蓄热能力小、惯性小、易超温超压,控制对象存在强烈的耦合性、非线性,超临界直流炉煤水比控制既是电厂自动控制的重点也是难点。以某两电厂600 MW机组给水控制为例,分别详细分析了基于中间点焓值的煤水比控制和基于中间点温度的煤水比控制,并对其策略进行了改进,可提高机组运行可靠性,改善了机组变负荷性能。 Supereritical once-through boiler has a low heat storage capacity, low inertia characteristics, and it is easy to overtemperature and overpressure, and control circuit is strongly coupled and nonlinear. Supercritical once-through boiler feedwater control is not only important, but also difficult. This paper takes the two power plant 600MW unit feedwater control as an example, analyzes the feedwater control based on the intermediate point en-thalpy and the feedwater control based on the intermediate point temperature in detail. By improving the strategy it increases the operation reliability of units and improves the unit load performance.
