民办高校教师工作满意度与离职倾向调研分析——以河南省6所民办高校为例 被引量:8

On University Teachers' Job Contentment and its Relationship with Resigning Intention:Taking 6 of Henan Private Colleges as an Example

摘要 通过对河南省6所民办高校教师的工作满意度及离职倾向调研表明:民办高校教师的工作满意度偏低,离职倾向偏高。在高校教师满意度的7维度量表中,民办高校教师的薪酬满意度、高校管理满意度、个人发展满意度及工作环境满意度偏低。回归分析表明:民办高校教师工作满意度中的个人发展满意度、高校管理满意度及工作本身满意度对教师离职倾向的线性贡献较大。 Statistics shows that teachers' job contentment in private colleges is notably low and their resigning intention is significantly high. This is based on a survey conducted in 6 private colleges in Henan Province. In the 7 dimension scale of teachers' job contentment, teachers' salary contentment, management contentment, personal development and working environment contentment are comparatively low. Regression analysis indicates that personal development contentment, management contentment and job contentment contribute to their resigning intention lineally.
