关于"公正"的讨论,是当代中国发展不可回避的一个问题。考察公正的时序维度,须将"公平"从"公正"一词中、从具体的社会现实中剥离出来,给予其理论意义上的讨论。对公正的本质进行探讨,则是通过价值取向的导入,赋予"公平"以"正义"的伦理价值。将"公正"一词还原,重新置于具体的社会现实中来诠释,旨在探讨当代中国公正路径之回归。

The discussion on fairness and justice is one of the problems which cannot be avoided in the development of contemporary China. This paper is be unfolded on two side： First, by means of investigating the sequential dimension of fairness and justice, fairness has been separated from the word of ＂fairness and justice＂ and the real society, and be discussed from the purely theoretical point of view. The purpose of the second part is to probe into the essence of fairness and justice. Via value orientation leading-in, fairness has been given the ethical value of justice. Thus, the word of ＂fairness and justice＂ has been return to the original condition, and been placed in the real society again. Ultimately, aims to explore realize the purpose of returning to the discussion on The Path of Contemporary China＇s Fairness and Justice.
